Join the 4Life Explorers Team!
We're recruiting an Engagement & Learning Mentor to join our growing 4Life Explorers provision from September 2026.
Do you have a passion for supporting young children to thrive? Are you patient, nurturing and ready to make a real difference to the lives of children with additional needs and barriers to learning?
At 4Life Explorers, you'll work alongside an experienced teacher, supporting our youngest learners in a highly personalised, creative and nurturing environment. With small group sizes and strong staffing ratios, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and help children develop confidence, communication, independence and a love of learning.
The Role
✅ Engagement & Learning Mentor
✅ September 2026 start
✅ Term-time only
✅ 9:00am – 3:00pm
✅ £20,000 actual salary
✅ Based at 4Life Explorers
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
- Has experience working with children or young people
- Is caring, enthusiastic and adaptable
- Can build positive relationships and support engagement in learning
- Shares our commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and helping every child succeed
